Angela is back with an hour of gentle yoga that rounds out with a couple basic standing postures before heading to the floor for some simple hip stretches. Keep a belt or yoga strap and ball close by. A ball or cushion will be used toward the end for supported bridge, shoulderstand, and fish poses. Suitable for all levels and prenatal students. Begin here.
