Sherie is back with a mash up of targeted strength training exercises that develop strength and tone the muscles of your core, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and hips. Some of the items you will need — two light and two moderately heavy hand weights, optional resistance bands in place of handweights, a core ball or small cushion, a couple pillows, an ottoman or stability ball if you have one, and a soft surface or yoga mat.
