Target 6 with Sherie

Sherie is back with a circuit-style workout that targets 6 different muscle groups in 45 minutes or less. Each muscle group will be challenged in 2 minute super sets of back to back exercises. Take breaks as and when you need to in order to maintain proper form. Pillows, optional BOSU, moderate hand weights, resistance bands, and resistance cords are among the simple and portable pieces of equipment you will need. Let’s begin.
