This 45-minute Durability class uses massage therapy balls (or replace with dryer balls or a pair of balled up socks) to loosen up the tight tissue in your feet, hands, forearms, shoulders, and legs to alleviate the tension of desk dwelling. You will also need a yoga strap or belt, Coregeous ball or cushion, and yoga block. Watch the replay.
