You’ll need a suspension trainer or gymnastic rings for this workout. If you are using them on a hardwood floor, a yoga mat or non-slip mat is recommended, as well. Work through a series of standing and balancing postures, using the rings to simultaneously assist with balance while challenge your strength by using your own bodyweight in varying degrees.
