30 Minutes of Cardio and Core Training. No equipment required. High intensity intervals and cardiovascularly taxing bodyweight movements make this a kicker for the ticker! Suitable for experienced exercisers. Prenatal students: keep your heart rate sub max (below 150 bpm) by slowing down and taking modifications.

30-Minute COREfit with Dana

30 Minutes of Cardio and Core Training. A selection of smaller weights and a wall are recommended for this one. Dana will talk you through the sets, but have your timer ready to time yourself. Suitable for experienced exercisers.

45-Minute High Intensity Training with Angela

45 Minutes of High Intensity Training Exercise with Strength and Bodweight Movements. Using Recovery Based Training method, periods of rest are self-regulated. Recommended equipment: 1 heavy weight, 2 moderate handweights, and steel mace (optional). Have your timer/stopwatch ready! Suitable for experienced exercisers. Prenatal students: do not allow heart rate to exceeed 150 bpm.

45-Minute High Intensity Training with Angela

45 Minutes of High Intensity Training using Recovery Based Training technique. Recommended equipment: two medium to heavy weights and one very heavy weight. You will also need a timer to self time! With Recovery Based Training technique, you are encouraged to rest as and when you need to in order to maintain proper form throughout the challenges. Suitable for experienced exercisers. Prenatal exercisers: keep your heart rate sub max (below 150 bpm).

30 Minutes of Bodyweight Training. Recommended equipment: one bath towel. Using timed intervals, you will move quickly through a series of bodyweight movements that deliver a full body workout. Suitable for all levels of exercisers, including prenatal students. Prenatal students: keep your heart rate sub max (below 150 bpm) throughout this workout and take modifcations where necessary.

40-Minute Kettlebells with Angela

40 Minutes of Kettlebell Training and Stretching. Recommended equipment: one large and one medium weight. Suitable for all levels of exercisers, including prenatal students.

30-Minute Suspension Basics with Diane

30 Minutes of Suspension/Modified Suspension Exercise and Yoga. Build balance, improve coordination, and build your core with a simple modified version of our Basics class. Bring a yoga block or heavy jar. Suitable for all levels of fitness, including prenatal students.

Recommended equipment: foam roller, resistance bands, light to moderate weight, and a towel. No prior experience required. Suitable for all levels, including prenatal students.

30-Minute Rise + Grind with Angela

30-Minute High Intensity Workout that pairs weight training with cardiovascularly taxing body weight movements. Only one heavy weight required. Prenatal students and new exercisers: use lighter weight or no weight at all. Turn up your tunes. You’re going to want them pumping!

45-Minute Target 6 with Sherie

45 Minutes of Total Body Conditioning. You will move through six body parts using supersets to deliver a full body workout that strengthens and tones. Recommended equipment: foam roller, stability ball or footstool/ottoman where one isn’t available, BOSU (optional), resistance tubes, resistance bands, and small weights. Suitable for all levels, including prenatal exercisers.

20 Minutes of guided breathing technique and practice. This sessio focuses on Ocean Breath. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience. No prioer experience f breathing exercise required to enjoy this one!

35-Minute Durability with Angela

35 Minutes of Mobility, Stretching, and Down Regulation. Sequence is gentle and meant to help calm the nervous system down. Try it out later in the evening to wind down for bedtime. No props required. Suitable for all levels and prenatal exercisers.

40-Minute Meditation with Eli

40 Minutes of Guided Relaxation. Recommended props: some pillows, blankets, or bolsters to allow you to rest comfortably. Suitable for all levels, including those completely new to meditation.

45-Minute Meditation with Eli

45 Minutes of Guided Relaxation. Session begins with simple Tai Chi inspired movements that are suitable for all levels of fitness in order to prepare for rest and relaxation. Use any pillows, cushions, or blankets that will make lying reclined more comfortable. Prenatal students: rest on your left side in a fetal position using props or a body pillow.

30-Minute Stretch with Rachel

30 Minutes of Guided Stretching. No equipment required. Suitable for all levels of exercisers, including prenatal students.

30-Minute Yoga Nidra with Angela

30 Minutes of Yoga Nidra, or conscious relaxation, through guided visualization. Grab some pillows, cushions, and blankets so you can rest comfortably in a reclined position. Suitable for all levels of experience. No physical activity happening here.

35-Minute Mighty Ninjas with Ashley

35 Minutes of movement, play, and storytelling for children ages 3 to 9. Required equipment: 2 paper plates and one small shoebox (empty or full, doesn’t matter) for jumping over. Suitable for all levels of experience.

60-Minute Tween Yoga with Ashley
